WHAT: Three day disaster response field training exercise focused on:
- Leadership and Followership
- Teamwork and Confidence Building
- Incident Command System
- Disaster Response Operations
- Red Cross Case Management
- Sheltering Experience
WHEN: August 26-28 (Lodging available on 25 September for out of town participants).)

WHY: This disaster response exercise challenges students to overcome their fears and hone their skills as humanitarian workers. Students work together in teams where they rotate leadership positions and are challenged with mass casualty situations, wilderness search and rescue, and holistic care of victims of disasters.
Cost: $175 fee for participants $100 fee for Junior staff
