The Universidad Centroamericana Social Service Learning Report is an academic program articulated in the curriculum of all majors at UCA. It is carried out through the Service Learning Methodology. In Spanish, such methodology is called Aprendizaje-Servicio (APS). The purpose of this program is to provide students with learning experiences by facilitating services to vulnerable groups of society.

The Social Service Learning program was created in 2011. Since then, we started a beautiful journey of exploration and learning. This booklet summarizes some of the most enriching experiences; furthermore, it makes evident the results and innovative and meaningful practices of the program. Twenty-one learning experiences were selected out of the one hundred projects carried out over five quarters.
